a winner!
Thanks for all your heartfelt words of encouragement for our little farm business, and I'm sending Ginger Twirlys to Umatji.
I'll be in touch to find out where you are! Thanks eveyone who entered.
I hope you, lovely folk, have a snippet of encouragement in your day.
Me, I'm always encouraged by a nice fence.
Nice firm wire and a weathered post. My favourite kind.
I didn't always love fences.
Functionally beautiful. Like a windmill. Plus they keep the pigs in, foxes out, hens safe, cows out of the vegie garden… er, mostly.
Happy day.

August 30, 2012 at 8:38 amI’ve been doing some fencing lately. It’s given me a new perspective on the beauty of a well-built fence!

August 30, 2012 at 9:12 amI love fences, just don’t love mine at the moment. Another morning chasing a naughty steer who hopped the fence despite a bit of electric, aaagh. And, still waiting for the Mr to build the fence for my new veggie garden. Yours look much more reliable…

I love your blog, and am just trawling through some of your older posts. I love the area you are in, farm, baking… oh this just fuels so many of my dreams! Thank you!
