Home late afternoon. For dinner: mixed natural yoghurt with peeled + diced cucumber and fresh mint…

Cooked a deboned marinated leg of lamb in the oven for half an hour, thinly sliced on wrap bread with yoghurt mix.

A lovely, lovely day.

Gorgeous children, and love the wrap – only half an hour in the oven for the lamb, do you sear it first?

No, didn’t sear the lamb, as it was deboned and marinated I just drizzled it with olive oil and roasted in a hot-ish oven. So easy.

ooh, will definitely try the lamb – we tend to bbq ours in the summer – after boning and marinating. I don’t, however, think that Hils is quite up for only cooking a leg of lamb for half an hour!!! We shall see! And some photos of you too please -complete with baby bump xx
