cows are in the meadow…(or down here: paddock)

Guess where we went this weekend?

All the following photos of Mum and Dad's farm (our escape-hatch) taken by Adam.

(For the record, I haven't messed with the colour or light in any of these. It really is that green. And the light was really that amazing on Sunday afternoon. And Ad is pretty deft on the camera! He's not just a spunky face. Or a nice bum. Yes OK I'll stop.)

It looks divine Fi! Rolling green hills leading down to the sea – perfect! Can’t wait to go on my weekend away and enjoy a bit of nature with the family. And thank you for the lovely sidebar 🙂

Wow, that is one gorgeous farm! What an amazing location. It’s the best all rolled into one – the ocean, the green paddocks, the pretty cows, the big sky…Mmmm! My dream place.

I love your blog.It’s lovely!

Wow! I’ve just bought a new camera and can only hope to get that good at taking pics. The light is just to die for. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Fi,

I love “The Holy Cows of B.V.”!! One day we really must have another weekend… some time in a galaxy far far away I suspect!

There was nothing like a cup tea at the kitchen table at Buena Vista. Especially back in the days of the early morning milking. More than 20 years ago but it seems like yesterday. 🙂
