Want to come for a bit of a walk with us?

First stop, chook house.

They're settling in well but after the first two eggs on the very first day: nothing. They didn't eat much of the layer pellets for the first week either and they're really gobbling those up now, so hopefully it's a settling in thing.

They're much more relaxed around us now.

Hey check out the amazing roost Adam built. He made them a ladder!

Thanks for holding the gate Tilds.

There is nothing beats the country life – the fresh, clean air, the grass, the views and even the fence posts! Your place looks amazing!

Yes please, cup of tea would be lovely. Wow, what a gorgeous place. How is it so green? And Tilly is adorable.I can just see her striding around the farm.

and for you, a sugar-free something-or-other! It is green, right? Lush, amazing soil. I’m inspired by your sugar-free plan, gotta get on that bus…

Is that your view everyday? I would walk that path repeatedly and get some good exercise to boot.

my girls didn’t eat the layer pellets for a while but now, they do but only after they’ve eaten all the other seeds etc and any scraps I’ve given them. I just think they don’t like them very much. The roost is fabulous!
