Black Honey, 300gm

12 in stock

This honey was harvested at Buena Vista by Fiona’s Dad, Malcolm Weir, in 1965 and stored in honey tins in a shed.

The fluctuating temperatures over the years turned the honey golden and then black – and it has an incredibly rich flavour, like molasses.

It’s a genuinely limited release, and pretty special.

Delicious on it’s own, drizzled over cheese, as part of a salad dressing or drizzled over icecream!
