We grow beautiful Cobb birds outside on pasture, fed an antibiotic-free grain mix in addition to lots of fresh green grass. There are only ever maximum 100 birds per batch, no overcrowding, no sheds, no artificial light, no antibiotics, just chickens expressing their chickenness.
These chickens are grown for longer than an average supermarket free-range bird which gives the meat time to develop lovely flavour. We’re excited to be growing these birds specifically for our local community.
These livers are frozen and cryovaced in bags of 250gms.
