Salad days


My blog will make me FAT unless I have a week off the Brownie-testing and a week ON THE SALADS. You lot are a TERRIBLE influence. 

So we started last night with a yummy lettuce, cucumber, tomato, thin sliced beef and avocado salad dressed with lime, olive oil and balsamic.

Tonight, pictured above: warm roast pumpkin and parsnips, fresh corn, chorizo, haloumi, green beans and broccoli. 

Hope you're all accordingly eating carrot sticks. We have to stick to slim down mode in preparation for the Dulce De Leche. Are you with me?!
